At Amazon Development Centre, I test Alexa Shopping features, including German-language experiences, and evaluate AI-generated responses and user-interface behavior. I contributed to the Rufus DE desktop testing launch and track defects in Jira.
I created an SOP for a new device-testing process and built a structured tracker to share AI-response issues between operations and device testing. Previously, I reviewed AI training data, developed and evaluated text-based prompts, and supported annotation quality.
