At The Columbus School, I led employee experience programs for 350 employees, including expatriates and their families. I managed relocation, housing, immigration, healthcare, benefits, and day-to-day support.
I led a team of two Employee Experience Analysts and an intern, and managed an annual budget of approximately COP $10 billion. I also managed partnerships with insurance providers, relocation companies, housing partners, and transportation vendors.
Across corporate banking, manufacturing, and international education, I’ve developed long-term client and stakeholder relationships. At Bancolombia, I co-managed a portfolio of approximately 70 corporate clients and was recognized for client service and portfolio growth.
