What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deliver integrated primary care and psychiatric mental health treatment, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and improve patient outcomes through evidence-based, patient-centered medication management and follow-through in real-world care settings.

I’m an APRN providing comprehensive primary care and psychiatric mental health services, including physical and psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning. I lead psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, behavioral health screenings, and medication management while educating patients to support long-term stability.

In home-based and residential settings, I coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and document encounters in the electronic medical record to ensure regulatory compliance. My approach emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and safe, patient-centered behavioral health interventions.

I also support rehabilitation care as an APRN in inpatient rehab—performing ongoing evaluations, interpreting diagnostic studies, managing acute and chronic conditions, and monitoring progress to implement individualized treatment plans. Alongside clinical practice, I’ve served as an adjunct clinical instructor, supervising nursing students and reinforcing patient safety, critical thinking, and professional standards.
