I’m looking to continue delivering acute psychiatric care and crisis stabilization with evidence-based psychopharmacology, trauma-informed and culturally competent practice, and strong collaboration—where safety, recovery-focused treatment, and continuity of care are priorities.

I’m a Board-Certified PMHNP specializing in acute psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, and complex diagnostic evaluation across inpatient psychiatric and correctional settings. I rapidly assess risk, initiate evidence-based psychopharmacologic interventions, and support recovery-focused treatment.

In my work providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management, I educate patients and families to improve diagnosis understanding and medication adherence. I focus on trauma-informed, culturally competent care while maintaining strong clinical decision-making tied to safety, collaboration, and continuity of treatment.

In acute settings, I conduct daily rounding, monitor behavioral safety and response to treatment, and manage clinical crises. I assess safety concerns including acute psychosis, mood instability, aggression, and suicide risk, and I help guide safe discharge planning and outpatient follow-up.

I also bring correctional mental health experience through psychiatric consultation and education for correctional nursing staff. I teach mental status assessment, suicide risk identification, and behavioral crisis protocols, and I support triage, referrals, and medication safety in a correctional environment.
