I’m a retail Team Leader (Beauty/Style) who brings a flexible, fast-paced mindset and a people-first approach to every shift. I focus on supporting guests through their shopping experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

At Primark and Target, I’ve handled customer service on the register, trained and supported associates, and organized back rooms and fitting rooms to keep the store ready for business. I also manage operations like price changes and transitions, and I help drive results by watching over metrics and assisting the team in hitting goals.

I enjoy turning store vision into a cohesive floor by remerchandising based on seasons and visual merchandising guides, including planogram direction. Beyond retail, my nanny experience strengthened my responsibility, routine planning, and care for others—skills I bring into the leadership and teamwork I do every day.
