As a Junior Data Analyst at GRBSons Private Limited, I developed a user-friendly dynamic dashboard that provided real-time insights on key performance metrics, while also leading client management efforts to establish strong relationships. My final year project, RESORANK, involved creating a machine learning model for resume scoring, which significantly improved hiring efficiency.
