What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable role where I can supervise daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, keep inventory organized, and support maintenance or hands-on tasks with a responsible, improvement-focused team.

I’m an Encargado with strong experience in day-to-day operations, including supervisión de personal, atención al cliente, control de inventario, and organizing operational activities. I focus on keeping tasks running smoothly, supporting my team, and making sure customer needs are handled promptly and professionally.

Before that, I built a practical background as an Auxiliar Mecánico and Auxiliar de Construcción, where I performed diagnóstico básico de fallas, mantenimiento preventivo, cambio de aceite, and reemplazo de repuestos, as well as manejo de herramientas y materiales. I’m a responsable, puntual, and aprendizaje rápido, with basic Word and Excel skills and training underway in Recursos humanos.
