Onboarded the first data-collection partner and secured access to a network of 35,000+ workers and experts across Pakistan.

Owned and prioritized 200+ tickets weekly across 4 platforms using RICE framework. Sequenced a Gates Foundation funded initiative, shipping the Lady Health Worker app first, enabling 200 health workers to screen 250,000 individuals and generate 100,000+ referrals. Served as sole PM for an order management system for Getz Pharma, processing 140,000+ orders and generating 1B PKR in gross sales.

Owned the full product lifecycle for a mobile app MVP, from backlog definition to post-launch iteration, using AI-native tools. Led user research across 100+ agricultural markets, translated requirements into user stories and wireframes, and tracked adoption metrics via GA4.

Supported configuration, environment preparation, patching, and deployment of Temenos T24 applications alongside senior engineers and client teams. Gained hands-on exposure to enterprise software delivery cycles in regulated environments.
