I architected an AI-powered agent to generate test cases for the Nextech Practice Management System, reducing manual effort and accelerating the testing process. I also wrote Playwright automation scripts in TypeScript and maintained the automation test suite.
For Scanova and Ticket Generator, I set up QA processes and wrote Cypress automation scripts in JavaScript. I prepared test plans, reviewed automation scripts and test cases, and handled production issues and client queries.
Earlier, I tested web, mobile, and desktop products including Unwritten Hair, Sweeney Interpreting, Carrier Hub, and Automater. I prepared test cases and data, tested functionality, and reported defects; at Sweeney Interpreting, my role also included Product Owner.
