I also built a fault-tolerant recovery system for 7 crore in excess payouts, with partner-level negative wallet adjustments, tracking, and reporting.
I resolve production issues using AWS, Grafana, CubeAPM, and Node Profiling, improving API latency from 12 seconds to 3 seconds and reducing memory usage from 4GB to 500MB. I also won a company-wide hackathon by building an AI-powered visit planning system for Relationship Managers.
