At Boston Scientific, I established and institutionalised a global Reporting Centre of Excellence after the Reporting & Analytics function was insourced from Accenture. I defined its operating model, governance, SLA framework and delivery standards across several business domains.
I scaled the analytics function to 400+ active reports and 3,200+ monthly outputs across the US, EMEA and APAC. My reporting supported executive decisions, including the Corporate Daily Sales Flash for the CEO and Executive Committee.
I modernised reporting by moving manual Excel processes into Power BI and Tableau, delivering USD 30K in annual savings and recovering 117+ hours of productivity within 12 months. In collaboration with the global SAP support function, I also automated SAP ZLFT-code processing, recovering 500+ analyst hours annually.
Earlier, at Johnson Controls International, I handled financial controllership, close and forecasting in a shared services operation. At Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., I worked across analytics and reporting engagements, including transitions and reporting for a Canadian financial institution; I began my career in intercompany accounts receivable and ERP training and support.
