I’m a highly efficient, certified medical coding specialist with 4 years of US medical coding experience. I focus on accurate healthcare documentation by combining strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT.

In my current role (2023–present) as Sr. Medical Coder at CollanceTechnologyPvt.Ltd., I lead and mentor a high-performing team while managing ongoing work for the BlueShield project. I also maintain quality through medical terminology, critical thinking, and careful decision-making.

Previously, I worked as a Medical Coder across various projects at AnnovaSolutions (2022–2023), including the RegalProject, where I delivered consistent coding support and maintained effective communication with stakeholders.
