At Diebold Nixdorf, I automate business-critical workflows across banking, retail, and service projects using Tricentis Tosca. I build reusable modules, parameterized test cases, and maintainable end-to-end test flows.
I've developed and maintained 50+ automated functional and regression test cases, while supporting test preparation, execution coordination, defect validation, and release support. I also manage test artifacts, execution mapping, and team assignments in Jira/Xray.
Previously at Mechlin Technologies, I conducted manual and automated testing across two projects, created 10+ test plans and 100+ test cases, and tracked 100+ defects in Jira. My testing practices helped reduce production defects by 30% and shortened troubleshooting time through closer collaboration with developers.
