I'm looking to lead corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance work for technology-driven businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

I'm Regional General Counsel at Eruditus Executive Education in Dubai, leading legal, corporate, and regulatory compliance for Eruditus Dubai and Emeritus Saudi Arabia. I spearheaded the establishment of Emeritus Saudi Arabia, covering corporate, HR, finance, company secretarial, tax, licensing, and governance requirements.

Previously, I led global enterprise contractual relationships at Emeritus across APAC, MENA, Europe, and the US, handling B2B and B2G transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and U.S. federal marketplace strategy.

At BrowserStack, I supported IPO readiness, acquisition transactions, IP programs, privacy agreement updates, and international sales contracting with major Fortune 500 organizations. At Tata Communications, I negotiated high-value telecom, MPLS, WAN, SD-WAN, technology-transfer, licensing, and revenue-sharing agreements across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
