At ShyftLabs, I designed and optimized zero-touch deployment workflows using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune. I also engineered Intune application packages and custom registry modifications for silent deployment without local administrator rights.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I engineered device enrollment workflows for Autopilot and BYOD, and maintained PowerShell scripts for system administration and M365 provisioning. I also deployed endpoint tools through the Intune Company Portal, including a temporary local admin elevation script with audit logging and automated revocation.
Across my roles, I’ve worked on endpoint security, Microsoft 365 administration, and Nutanix AHV infrastructure. Earlier, I supported Windows and Office troubleshooting, managed Active Directory, and trained service desk staff.
