At Tata Consultancy Services, I managed and supported more than 100K Windows, iOS, and Android devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune for the Barclays project. I configured policies and profiles, supported application deployment, and worked on Windows Autopilot and endpoint troubleshooting.
For the Air New Zealand project, I support the SCCM/MECM environment for Windows endpoints, including application deployment and monthly patch management. Earlier, at Wipro Technologies, I worked as an Exchange Administrator and supported mailbox migrations, Office 365 deployments, and mobile device management.
