What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead full-cycle manufacturing or supply chain projects where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, improve operational workflows, manage vendors and timelines, and deliver complex products from concept through completion.

At C F KENT, I led $1M–$4M manufacturing projects from kickoff through final delivery, coordinating design, procurement, production, quality, and logistics.

I managed concurrent timelines across engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and vendor teams while maintaining scope, budget, quality, and customer delivery requirements. I also built reporting dashboards for cost performance, production KPIs, and material utilization.

Earlier at Valentine Industries, I programmed CNC machinery and supported custom furniture production, prototyping, design refinements, and quality checks. I bring a manufacturing systems engineering background and a practical focus on lean workflows, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
