I'm looking to coordinate complex technical and cross-functional projects, applying my engineering, quality, client communication, and operational execution experience to improve delivery, visibility, and outcomes.

At Cannon Quality Group, I managed 4–7 concurrent client engagements spanning 50+ medical-device projects, aligning scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables through closeout.

I built portfolio dashboards, forecasted resources in Harvest, led internal and client meetings, and coordinated SaMD, eQMS, and cloud-system validations. I recovered a delayed 200+ document initiative to on-time completion and redesigned a workflow that improved closure performance from 30% to 95%.
