I’m looking for a role where I can manage endpoints end-to-end with Microsoft Intune—device enrollment, compliance, and application deployments—while handling troubleshooting and rollouts that prioritize SLA/KPI performance and smooth user experience.

I’m an Intune Engineer with 1.5 years of experience managing endpoint devices, compliance policies, and application deployments using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. I support end users through L1/L2 troubleshooting, resolve OS build issues, and fix application deployment failures, configuration errors, and policy conflicts across Windows environments.

I’m skilled in device enrollment and provisioning, including Windows Autopilot software for enrolment, Azure AD Join, and Hybrid AD Join, plus endpoint lifecycle tasks like imaging, re-imaging, device refresh, and decommissioning. I collaborate with Security and Network teams to deliver rollout initiatives, maintain ITSM ticket records for SLA/KPI compliance, and document SOPs to improve first-call resolution.
