I’m a results-driven Senior Business Analyst and Tableau Consultant with nearly 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI reporting, ETL pipeline development, and Project Management across Cloud, Healthcare and SaaS sectors. I build BI reports, KPIs, and precise metric dashboards that deliver actionable business insights. I also bring hands-on Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud governance and privileged access monitoring with a strong focus on reliable, secure reporting.

At VMware Software India Private Limited, I advanced to Analytics Engineer II / Senior Business Analyst and built and maintained Python data pipeline scripts pulling from sources like SAP HANA, Greenplum Data Warehouse, and flat files. I scheduled auto-refresh Cron jobs on VMs, gathered stakeholder requirements, and delivered advanced interactive Tableau dashboards. I engineered click stream analytics for Google Analytics user logs and built consolidated Tableau dashboards tracking KPIs like CLV, Churn Rate, and Acquisition Cost.

Earlier, as a Business Analyst / Tableau Developer at GapBridge Software Solutions, I designed and managed enterprise reporting dashboards using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel. I built dashboards such as the Skyline Customer Dashboard (customer lifecycle to subscriber conversion) and GS EDU Dashboards (HIVE and SFDC-based employee training metrics). I also created a Tableau dashboard repository with multiple access levels and built “Single Pane of Glass” dashboards combining Tableau with Python visualization libraries (Plotly, Matplotlib) to produce business-unit-level risk scores.

Before that, I worked as a Senior SAS Developer / Senior Data Analyst on a SAS-to-MS SQL Server migration, creating flow diagrams and field-level documentation for SSIS execution while building stored procedures from existing SAS macros. I served as the sole Tableau License holder in Bengaluru and helped implement SSRS capabilities into Tableau. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science (Specialization in AI/ML/Gen AI) to deepen my ability to build next-gen ML models, and I bring a practical, stakeholder-first mindset to every delivery.
