As a seasoned nursing professional with over three decades of experience, I have developed a strong background in leadership, management, and research. My current role as Assistant Director of Nursing (Inpatient Services) at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre has provided me with the opportunity to oversee and manage nursing staff, recruit new talent, and prepare for JCIA/ISO/PHC audits.
