I am an accomplished staff nurse with almost 5 years of experience in direct patient care, staff supervision, and department operations, currently serving as a Team Leader in the Emergency Department at WAPDA Hospital Peshawar. I have led rapid response teams, improved care quality and safety protocols, and delivered advanced clinical care across medical, surgical, and emergency specialties.

I hold a BScN and MScN from Khyber Medical University and have completed OET and received a Decision Letter (DL) from NMBI. I am patient-oriented, skilled in medication administration, EHR documentation, infection control, pediatric procedures, and mentoring junior staff to strengthen clinical teamwork and patient outcomes.
