I'm currently supporting ATR Consulting as a Quality Assurance Translator Officer, ensuring accurate, culturally relevant translations for XLSForms, questionnaires, and multilingual project materials.

I review field data for inconsistencies, coordinate with QA and translation teams, monitor issues in Google Sheets and reporting dashboards, and contribute to translation-quality reports. My work supports projects including REACH, CPI, Sehatmandi, TV Teacher Verification, and emergency response initiatives funded by organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, UNOPS, and FAO.

I also support form design and review in Pashto, Dari, and English, help identify discrepancies between source and translated datasets, and provide technical and linguistic guidance to colleagues.

Previously, I worked in Customer Care Service at Etisalat, resolving telecom service, billing, account, and technical support issues while maintaining accurate customer records.
