I am an Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of official experience across private, governmental and international organizations, focusing on power systems, distribution networks and substation works. I have led teams for load forecasting, survey, design, commissioning and MV/LV distribution projects.
I have served as Operational Deputy Director at Samangan Breshna (DABS), Substation Electrical Engineer/Inspector for ADB projects, and worked with SMEC and DABS Balkh on transmission and distribution planning, QA/QC and site supervision. I managed multiple extension and reform projects, directly oversaw projects funded by KfW and coordinated factory acceptance and type tests for high-voltage conductors.
I bring practical experience in commissioning, QA/QC, project coordination, BOQ preparation, electrical design calculations and training/lecturing. I seek to apply my technical leadership, project delivery and problem-solving skills in a role that values reliable power delivery and institutional capacity building.
