I built an end-to-end pharmacy platform on ServiceNow, covering inventory management, Service Catalog requests, approval workflows, SLA tracking, automated notifications, dashboards, and a customer service portal. My ServiceNow work also includes telecom operations and enterprise banking applications.

Alongside workflow development, I delivered frontend applications with React.js and Next.js. At EVA Pharma’s EVA Hackathon, I developed a production-ready application with Next.js and TypeScript, integrated Strapi CMS, and improved accessibility with semantic HTML and ARIA roles.
