What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Head of Product, Programme Manager, CTO, or CIO role where I can contribute to digital strategy, IT governance, and large-scale public-sector transformation.

I've led the delivery of government-scale digital platforms for RealData, including Batir, which processed 50,000+ earthquake reconstruction cases nationally, and the VSB platform for monitoring Casablanca's Slum-Free Cities programme.

I manage multidisciplinary development teams and own product roadmaps from requirements and Agile sprint planning through deployment, user training, and maintenance. My work combines GIS, full-stack development, stakeholder coordination, and decision-making dashboards for institutions including ANRUR, Aloumrane, and Casablanca Iskane & Equipements.

Previously at SmartGIS, I built digital tools for civil registries, undeveloped land, and rural roads. I'm seeking to contribute digital strategy and IT governance in a Head of Product, Programme Manager, CTO, or CIO role.
