What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior lending or commercial leadership role where I can build and scale digital mortgage, home equity or secured-lending businesses, own outcomes, and align product, risk, technology and operations around profitable growth.

I've built four regulated lending institutions from the ground up, most notably scaling Bidaya Finance, Saudi Arabia's first fully digital real estate finance company, to $3.1B in assets under management and seven consecutive years above plan.

Across Bidaya, Gulf Prime Services, Deutsche Gulf Finance and Saudi Home Loans, I've owned lending P&Ls, home equity and cash-out refinance products, credit strategy, underwriting, servicing, funding and secondary-market sales. I've reduced mortgage turnaround times, built national distribution engines, and structured whole-loan sales and warehouse facilities while protecting customer outcomes and compliance.

More recently, I led digital-lending strategy at D360 Bank and strengthened execution, governance and operating performance for NEOM's design-and-construction sector. I enjoy building practical, commercially rigorous businesses that align product, technology, risk, operations and partners around measurable growth.

Fixed-term advisory mandate owning the commercial and digital-lending proposition, product, credit and risk framework, and go-to-market for a Shariah-compliant digital bank. Scaled the consumer-lending book from $0M to $67M at approximately 13.2% IRR and won central bank regulatory approval in a single 30-day cycle.
