I'm looking to lead database architecture, ERP modernization, migrations, performance optimization, and solution design while mentoring technical teams and delivering reliable enterprise systems.

I've led database architecture and development for enterprise ERP solutions, including a multi-tenant environment with 600+ tables and 5,000+ stored procedures. As an independent consultant, I optimize business-critical processes, migrate ERP systems from SQL Server and Oracle to MySQL, and build reusable frameworks for auditing, validation, search, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
