I'm immediately available for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, improve supplier and manpower planning, strengthen safety practices, and deliver reliably across active sites. I'm flexible to work weekday evenings and weekends.

At Silver Eagle Group, I lead day-to-day operations across six active construction sites, directing a 150-person workforce and coordinating manpower deployment to maximise productivity.

I restructured the supplier base to reduce material and procurement spend, while maintaining long-term client retention through consistent delivery and follow-through.

I progressed from Operations Manager to Operations Director within two years, after coordinating logistics, schedules, manpower, project reporting, and on-site issue resolution for scaffolding projects.
