Delivered four restaurant developments from concept and design coordination through approvals, procurement and operational handover. Introduced project governance, reporting and delivery standards to improve visibility, accountability and decision-making.

Led residential and commercial developments from concept through documentation, approvals, tender and construction support. Coordinated clients, consultants and project teams to maintain design quality and delivery outcomes across concurrent projects.

Delivered 25+ commercial and residential fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects valued at approximately $15M. Managed budgets, procurement, schedules, contract negotiations and contractor performance from award through handover.

Coordinated site operations, program, contractors, quality and safety for the Willoughby Girls High School project.

Conducted infrastructure inspections, prepared progress reports and coordinated contractor and consultant activities.

Supported the rehabilitation of 39 public schools, managing BOQs, program monitoring, documentation, consultants and site coordination.

Designed and supervised the construction of a private residence: design, approvals, documentation, tendering and construction supervision.

Designed and supervised two public garden and civil works: design, BOQ preparation, approvals, documentation and construction supervision.

Completed a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Beirut Arab University in 2016.
