Edward Lu

I am a Project Architect at Archiphilia Pty Ltd, delivering architectural projects across education, residential, and mixed-use sectors, with direct collaboration with VSBA on school-related projects. I support project reporting and coordination with VSBA project officers, briefing on project progress, programme updates, and key delivery risks.

I coordinate with school representatives and stakeholders to manage construction activities, site access, and minimise disruption to school operations. I conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify key project milestones against programme requirements, while producing and coordinating architectural documentation across planning, design development, contract documentation, and construction stages.

During construction, I act as Project Architect supporting construction phase services including RFI responses, variation assessments, consultant coordination, and review of shop drawings. I also coordinate multidisciplinary consultants (structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers) and liaise with building surveyors and fire consultants to support regulatory compliance and certification processes.
