What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Software QA role where I can do manual testing, bug reporting, test strategy, specification document creation and partner with product and engineering to reduce late-stage defects and ship stable releases.

I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer and QA Lead with 4+ years of experience evaluating software against precise, documented criteria across multiple product releases. I turn ambiguous requirements into testable acceptance criteria (FAC/NFAC), run cross-document alignment reviews, and deliver consistent, well-justified pass/fail judgments.

In my roles at ZettaByte Pte. Ltd., I led QA across multiple feature streams, authored functional and non-functional acceptance criteria, and validated AI-assisted applications against PRDs (Base44). I managed defect tracking and release validation in YouTrack and Jira, coordinated with developers and product stakeholders to surface risks early, and used root cause analysis to drive process improvements and lower regression issues.
