I’m a Software Quality Assurance Analyst with 8+ years of experience ensuring software quality across functional, API, regression, and exploratory testing in Agile environments. I translate business and technical requirements into clear testing references so teams can ship with confidence.

I plan and execute testing strategies aligned with sprint and release schedules, using Gherkin-based test development in Xray JIRA. I validate APIs with Postman, build API automation scripts for smoke and regression testing, and support UI automation using Playwright to improve coverage and reliability.

I’m particularly strong at production issue analysis and root cause support, analyzing user-reported bugs and defects to drive continuous improvement. I communicate testing results, release notes, and production readiness status prior to deployment, and I keep test documentation current with system enhancements and requirement changes.

I also support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting product demos, preparing testing guidance, and collecting user feedback to reduce risk early. I’ve collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and designers—contributing to large-scale national systems and cross-functional delivery.
