At Golden Ways Logistics (GWL) as Agent of FOLK MARITIME, I coordinate COC and SOC customer requirements, import/export shipments, and transshipment operations. I work with regional offices and global partners, resolve claims and equipment issues, and keep customers updated on shipment status.
At Majlan Intl Cargo Services, I ran the Ocean Freight Operations Department and managed account managers. Earlier, at Maersk Line, I managed import and export logistics and served as the Single Point of Contact for Reefer Container accounts.
