I've managed international logistics and project operations for International Materials, LLC, coordinating 35–55 shipments annually totaling 1–1.5M tons of cargo valued at $30–35M.

I coordinate FOB, CIF, and DDP industrial-material shipments from origin to destination, collaborating with banks and stakeholders on letters of credit and trade-finance documentation to reduce discrepancies and operational risk.

Previously, at Leeward Worldwide Logistics and Kuehne+Nagel, I managed air, sea, and high-volume export flows, including 100 containers per month of agricultural commodities. I improved shipment processes to reduce errors by 10% while maintaining accurate documentation and reliable schedules.

I've also led international projects in China as a bilingual liaison between clients and management. I bring hands-on experience in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, ERP systems, and Spanish-English communication.
