What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and develop high-quality training programs, improve learning experiences through e-learning and blended formats, and contribute to certification, quality, and sustainable program growth.

At Studio P, I lead training programs from learning-pathway design through certification delivery, working with Executive Management, trainers, external instructors, and administrative teams.

I coordinate trainer teams, monitor student progression, oversee official documentation and assessment records, and support Qualiopi accreditation and national registry requirements. I also track program profitability, report KPIs, and develop e-learning and blended learning solutions.

Previously at APAJH and Groupe ESPI, I designed training materials, organized in-person and e-learning sessions, maintained Qualiopi and ISO 9001 quality standards, supported business development, and delivered communications and events.
