At Oracle Consulting Services, I configure and develop OIPA rules for Life and Annuity products. I’ve implemented policy loan origination, repayment, and interest calculation workflows, along with SQL queries and stored procedures for OIPA databases.

At StateFarm, I configured OIPA policy administration rules and XML transaction definitions for insurance products. I also developed policy loan workflows and fund mapping configurations for multi-fund allocations.

At Walmart Global Technology, I led scoping, planning, and coordination for guided flow development on the CCA platform, improving agent efficiency. I also designed guided workflows to simplify troubleshooting for agents.
