What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on cyber security role where I can operate SOCs, manage firewalls and SIEMs, perform threat hunting and incident response, contribute to R&D, and grow in a collaborative, learning-focused organisation.

I graduated from the University of Plymouth with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Security and have built my career around SOC operations, perimeter defence, and incident response.

As part of FinCSIRT I deployed and operated a perimeter-level SOC connecting 23 financial institutions, led SIEM and firewall implementations, and delivered major projects including FortiSIEM/WAF deployments, DR implementations, and SIEM use cases.

I currently work as a Senior Security Support Engineer providing L2/3 managed-service support; I hold multiple certifications (including Fortinet FCSS/NSE7, Sophos, AWS Cloud Practitioner) and bring hands-on experience with FortiGate, OSSEC, ELK, Cuckoo Sandbox, vulnerability management, threat hunting and incident response.
