What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on security role focused on network/VAPT, incident response, and research-driven defense, in a collaborative team that values learning and practical impact.

I am an information security engineer specializing in network security, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and digital forensics, currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology at SLIIT.

At Sri Lanka CERT | CC I gained practical experience with Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite, Acunetix, Netsparker and other industry tools, contributed to VAPT reports, network architecture reviews, firewall rule analysis, cloud security assessments and incident response investigations.

I have published research on deep learning–based anomaly detection integrated with MITRE ATT&CK, built projects in decentralized identity and secure file sharing, and hold multiple certifications including Oracle Cloud Foundations, EC-Council pentesting trainings, and CompTIA/TryHackMe penetration testing credentials.
