I’m a Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in SaaS, public-sector, OTA, and B2B systems, specializing in workflow analysis, implementation support, UAT, SQL reporting, and cross-functional delivery. I translate complex operational requirements into process maps, system specifications, data templates, test cases, and implementation-ready documentation.

Most recently, I supported end-to-end implementation of workflow-heavy contract management modules for public-sector capital improvement projects. I coordinated UAT and release validation across business, development, and QA teams, designed multi-stage approval workflow test scenarios, and helped resolve critical defects before deployment.

I’ve also led business analysis for enterprise SaaS solutions serving China Mobile Guangdong Company—driving requirement discovery, workflow design, system implementation, and continuous product improvement. Earlier, as a Process Improvement Specialist, I improved customer service workflows through root cause analysis and sustainable process design, including routing workflow intake logic across hotline and chatbot entry points. I performed MySQL-based analysis and built Tableau dashboards, and I documented service process rules, exception scenarios, and handoff logic to improve consistency and reduce repeated transfers.
