At Fibra Express, I coordinated NOC operations for an ISP, supporting the availability and continuity of its FTTH (GPON) network. I monitored the network, diagnosed critical incidents, and provided remote and field support.
I planned and carried out fiber network expansion, including coverage analysis and growth projections. I also coordinated technical and administrative staff and managed materials, technical budgets, and resources.
As Technical Chief contractor on the project for CLARO - PROCISA, I supervised last-mile fiber installations and coordinated field crews. I handled quality control, incident resolution, logistics, inventory, and activity invoicing.
For my thesis, I modeled the ESPOCH campus in 3D using iBWave and integrated architectural and RF attenuation data for an indoor/outdoor 5G network design. The work included coverage heat maps, AP and link optimization, and an implementation cost study.
