I’m a General Manager for Training & Research Support Centre (TARSC), combining project management, risk assessment, and internal control to deliver results with strong accountability. My work is anchored in ensuring compliance with donor requirements and maintaining clarity and progress through regular technical and project reviews.

At TARSC, I led project ethics clearance and ensured compliance with donor requirements. I chaired quarterly project team meetings, prepared and audited financial reports to foster transparency, and managed financial and technical reporting to uphold accountability.

Previously, as a Project Manager, I mapped and used evidence to promote equitable access to essential health products. I facilitated collaboration with stakeholders and funders, chaired monthly project meetings to track progress, and prepared timely project reports that supported both financial and technical oversight.

As Board Treasurer & Risk Manager for Tree of Life Trust: Surviving thriving: Life after Trauma, I performed detailed risk assessment for stakeholders and funders, chaired the audit and risk committee, and liaised with USAID three times per year. I oversaw USAID audits and ensured audited financial statements each year across my tenure, while strengthening governance through risk, internal audit & compliance committee leadership.
