At Probfix Financial ServicesPvtLtd, I overhauled the Group's internal control framework and developed its internal audit manual, charter and risk-based audit methodology, including controls addressing cybersecurity and regulatory risks.

Previously, as an Audit Senior at BDO Zimbabwe Chartered Accountants, I led external audits across financial services, manufacturing and construction. On an engagement with client revenue exceeding US$96 million, I identified a material lease accounting misstatement and proposed correcting journal entries; I also supervised engagement teams of 3 to 7 members.
