I am a finance and administration professional with over ten years' experience strengthening financial sustainability, donor compliance, and operational efficiency for multi-stakeholder development projects. I lead grants management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparedness across multi-project environments funded by USAID, UN agencies, EU and other partners.

I have led organizational financial transformation by introducing ERP, Pastel, and digital payroll systems, updating key policies and SOPs, and delivering consistent clean external audits since 2016. I designed social enterprise initiatives that generated over $100,000 in unrestricted income and managed over $10 million in donor funding while achieving high donor retention.

I build capacity through training and mentoring—having developed over 100 interns and officers—and have supported 20 regional civil society partners to strengthen financial systems. I combine technical financial skills with human resources and operational oversight to enhance accountability, risk management, and institutional sustainability.
