I’m a Senior QA leader and process architect with ~8 years in QA, including 6.5 years advancing from web/mobile QA to QA Lead. I built a 4-SOP QA operating system, led a 4-person offshore team, and ran cross-team quality strategy with “Surpasses Expectations” performance ratings.
I’ve owned end-to-end QA for a launched, production AI-native CRM, where AI testing was the highest-risk area. I governed AI like a test system—verifying outputs, gating what’s confirmed, and designing an AI-agent operating system with anti-fabrication checks, eval design (LLM-as-judge, golden sets), and non-determinism testing.
To scale quality through constant change, I drive releases/GA-readiness with risk-based planning, regression and visual regression testing (VRT), and strong defect taxonomy and triage. I also build tooling and automation—Playwright E2E frameworks and Node.js API/CLI utilities—to improve velocity, coverage, and operational reliability.
