At Udhyam Debt, formerly Caspian Debt and a division of BlackSoil Capital, I manage term-loan and co-lending/DA operations.

I coordinate loan servicing, repayment schedules, overdue tracking, prepayments, foreclosures, settlements, documentation, and data validation. I prepare portfolio MIS, dashboards, and reports covering collections, delinquencies, write-offs, and settlements.

I monitor portfolio performance through static pool and vintage analysis, validate borrower data for bureau reporting, and analyze CIBIL reports for portfolio and credit insights. I also automate onboarding and validation checks through Excel-driven processes to improve data quality and reduce manual errors.

Previously at Amazon, I investigated fraud patterns, analyzed transactions and customer accounts, and helped prevent invalid concessions while maintaining process compliance and service quality.
