At ASGC, I manage procurement, sourcing, and negotiation for electromechanical parts, selecting suppliers that deliver quality products at competitive prices.
I develop supplier and category strategies using market and competitive data, negotiate lead times, costs, and quality, and drive cost-reduction activities against management targets. I also manage supplier performance reviews, delivery schedules, sourcing reports, and commercial, legal, and contractual compliance.
Previously, I supported electrical procurement at Solera and worked in technical-office, design, estimating, inspection, and sales engineering roles at GEFECO, VACU International, and Power Technology.
