What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support students, customers, or colleagues, contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, use my language skills, and continue developing professionally.

I've supported students at Albanoskolan in Landskrona, adapting learning methods for individual needs and helping a newly arrived student progress in Swedish and their native language.

As a substitute teacher at Kunskapsskolan, I taught social studies, history, and geography to lower secondary students. I supported learners experiencing difficulties while maintaining a structured, inclusive classroom.

At Compass Group in Kävlinge, I handled customer inquiries, orders, registrations, delivery issues, and incoming calls. I provided professional support to both customers and internal teams.
