I am a dedicated Environmental and Safety Engineering student at the University of Mines and Technology, set to graduate in November 2024. My journey has been marked by a commitment to innovation and productivity in my field. I have gained valuable experience through internships at Ghana Grid Company and Ghana Port and Harbours Authority, where I performed risk assessments, conducted environmental inspections, and engaged with stakeholders on significant projects.
My role as a National Service Personnel at GRIDCo has further solidified my skills in environmental assessment and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about ensuring safety standards are met and have actively contributed to various environmental and safety initiatives. Engaged stakeholders on the 330kv Pokuase-Ahomaso Transmission line Project and performed risk assessments for various office spaces. Reviewed annual environmental and social impact assessment reports and conducted environmental assessments for the 330kv Pokuase-Ahomaso Transmission line Project.
Internship

Performed daily inspections on circuit breakers and hourly readings on transformers. Gained experience in operating circuit breakers and disconnect switches from both the control room and switch yard. Conducted battery voltage checks, cleaning, and vegetation control around towers and in the switch yard.
