I’m seeking a remote role where I can apply my skills in client support, data analysis, and problem-solving to create real impact. I’m a reliability engineer and failure analysis specialist with experience across oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, and technology sectors. My work has focused on solving complex problems, improving plant reliability, and delivering clear, actionable insights.

Alongside engineering, I’ve built strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and client support, with hands-on experience in SAP, Excel, and reliability software. I enjoy turning data into useful insights, keeping information accurate, and helping teams make better decisions.

Fluent in English and Malay, I thrive in roles that require both technical know-how and strong communication. I’m now seeking remote opportunities in client support and data-focused roles, where I can apply my problem-solving mindset and grow within a collaborative team.
